- We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date. No refunds, store credit only.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a service with some sort of delivery confirmation or tracking.
- Merchandise must be returned in NEW condition, unworn, unwashed, odor free, without makeup or deodorant stains in order to receive store credit for returned items. Shoes must be returned in the original box and sent inside an additional protective mailer.
- Please include a note or packing slip with your name and order number.
- Upon request, if your return is not eligible for return for any reason above, we will not issue a return credit, and it is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping the items back. If shipping is not provided items will be donated to local charity.
